Day Six:
To be "Irritable" means to be
" Near the point of a KNIFE"

I will deal with the BONUS part.
the one thing that irritates me most about my fiance, would have to be interrupting me when we're engaged in family discussion.
oh yeah, this is the pretty name i refer to regarding our arguments.
worse part though, is i was told that if i GET UPSET when i am interrupted then i must believe THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT BE INTERRUPTED !!!
YIKES ... it still stings.
I'll deal with the bonus now too...
what irritates me the most are his excuses for being irritated!
I know he is tired and I know he is stressed. It still isn't an excuse to snap at the kids.
true.
very true. isn't it amazing how we store up unnecessary crap and then pour it on the ones we love.
we must find a way to the mental DUMP and get rid of it before we see the ones who are destined to be DUMPED on.
however, it sounds like the real issue is your man owning it and then doing something about it, rather than excusing it. huh?
I'd rather him OWN his anger than blame it, yes. I OWN mine! I think if he would own it, then it might be a little easier for him to dump it somewhere else.
BTW, he bought this book and we began Love Dare day one today :)
kudos to you john,
and kudos to you, girlintheroom.
support.
support.
support and the journey becomes less dry.
i find that almost everything irritates me.
not just relationships, but life too.
sometimes your blog, samwise... well sometimes your opinion irritates me.
I AGREE WITH SAVANNAH
-SY
well savannah and sy
i am glad that you find the freedom to share your opinions and views.
thats exactly what we want on this blog.
perhaps i can do a better job of how i comment .
thanks again, please keep blogging with us.
you definitely add flava...
I'm joining in on this love dare thingy a little late.
Anyways, I wanna get in on it. So here goes nothing, my husband irritates me when he pretends to listen, but then nods his head and every once and while adds the uh-huh. Like I'm uneducated and can't figure out "I'm WASTING HIS TIME."
Sometimes it really hurts.
I feel guilty when I am irritable with my kids and husband. I try to be kind but he gets on my nerves so bad some times. Especially right when I get off work. I know it's not right but it still happens. and he has been crabby patty all week.
