Curious, when's the last time you gave your lady flowers for NRAA?

perhaps giving em to her BEFORE valentines day would have a much greater impact.

It has been a while for me. But what you should do to have a bigger impact is to wait to give her flowers. No do not for her on the 14th, but wait on the flowers. Flowers as such a cliche for valentines day. If you wait about a week, then give it to her then you wife, girlfriend, etc. would see that you are not just trying to suck up for valentines day but that you truly do it for NRAA!

what if ... we made it more special by doing it more frequently?
or what if ... we actually celebrated each month anniversary rather than each year anniversary?

I gave flowers before Valentines day, but with Samwise help I also gave my wife a poem that I had written. I put the poem on a picture that I found on the internet and got it printed at Wal-Mart. I surprised it to her on the 14th before we went out for dinner. I had never seen her smile and be speechless for so long. I made some real browine point that day. Also I gained some points when I got her to finally get a new phone. We had to update our service which is a bonus for me, because I now have unlimited text and internet...yeah
